 her eyes were warm and brown the night before he broke her. her smile would light up the night sky and her body would always be warm. she was never sad, and she was always positive. a lot of people were in love with her. but only one captured her heart.   
he had icy blue eyes but a warm smile to melt all doubts of cruelty. he was an outsider, but he was beautiful. girls didn't dare talk to him in fear of rejection, and boys never uttered a word to him because of jealousy. but she was different.   
she always had a kind heart. everyone thought she spoke with him because she was being charitable and didn't want him to

I think only the ending needs work... Its beautifully written but I think you could make the freeing of her blood more dramatic... like...

it really is true. I was tired of being an emotional poet, and quite frankly, its pretty hard for me to be expressively emotional other than in my poetry so, since it was describing me, I thought it fit well.

I added two ending lines to sum the poem up. It ends well now. It really leaves the reader thinking.
